Quality Policy of ISO 9001:2008 Example

It is written in ISO 9001. Requirement 5.3 Quality Policy
Top management shall ensure that the quality policy
a) Be appropriate to the purpose of the organization;
b) Include a commitment to meeting the requirements and the continually improve the effectiveness of the QMS;
c) Provide a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives;
d) Be communicated and understood throughout the organization;
e) Be continually reviewed for continuing suitability.
The quality policy is a document present in the most strategic levels of the QMS documentation. A through C are the requirements that must be expressed in the text of the quality policy. The policy should serve the purpose of the organization, including a commitment to the fulfillment of the requirements and continuous improvement of the QMS and also the policy should come out quality objectives, the policy should facilitate the definition of objectives. The communication policy is essential for everyone to work according to the same goals, for that it must be communicated throughout the organization, is very common print quality policy and offers it in several locations within the company.
The review of the quality policy is a further requirement, the general business environment is constantly changing and will need to review the policy to better commitment to quality.

"The STJGM Consulting and Engineering promotes the continuous improvement of its Quality Management System ensuring customer satisfaction through Projects in Steel Structures that are provided in accordance with the specifications and deadlines for their customers."
