What are the benefits of ISO 9001:2008?
We analyze the benefits of implementation of the standard by two spheres, the inner sphere, where the company gains greater operational performance and the outer sphere where the company gains more market performance.
1 - Operational performance (internal)
With the implementation of ISO 9001 more collaboration and involvement of employees can be acquired, improving the indoor environment is quickly noticed. The wastes are to be addressed and processes become more reliable. ISO 9001, due to records, audits and analyzes it produces is also an important opportunity for continuous improvement and also for the management of internal knowledge of the organization.
2 - Performance in the market (external)
One of the most important things is that customer satisfaction becomes a main pillar of the company, the client, their complaints and compliments are to be monitored and answered in a systematic manner which increases the level of satisfaction. And we all know that a satisfied customer and applicant is a great multiplier opportunities in the market. Not to mention that having an ISO 9001 is an international reference for quality management, the same standard used in countries like Japan, China, the United States and Germany, Africa, South America and Australia.
